PURCHASE POLICY — UNIQKSTORE
The UNIQKSTORE Purchase Policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Many of our physical products include an exclusive digital free gift for use within the game Uniqkiller. This free gift is tied to the physical product purchased and is delivered as an additional benefit to the buyer in the form of a free digital code that can be redeemed in the game.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
To request a return in cases of change of mind, we provide a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the product is received at the delivery address.
When exercising this right, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, and the return shipping cost will be covered by HypeJoe Games. However, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer if any items are not in compliance with the conditions described below. If the product is in perfect condition, after receipt and analysis, the amount will be fully refunded according to the refund terms provided in this Policy.
The returned product will be analyzed within up to 7 (seven) business days after receipt. After the analysis, you will be notified of the refund process within up to 10 (ten) business days from the confirmation and inspection of the product.
RETURN DUE TO DEFECT
If the product arrives defective, the customer must notify us within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by emailing uniqkstore@hypejoe.com, requesting a refund and attaching photos and a description of the issue for proper evaluation.
Because we work with limited production runs and limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges for defective products.
The returned product will be analyzed within up to 7 (seven) business days after receipt. After the analysis, you will be notified of the refund process within up to 10 (ten) business days from the confirmation and inspection of the product.
HypeJoe Games is not responsible for damages caused by natural wear, misuse, improper care, or accidents.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND REQUESTS
• Valid only for online purchases;
• Refund requests for the cases listed above must be made by emailing uniqkstore@hypejoe.com within the indicated deadlines;
• The customer must provide: Full name; Order number; Government-issued ID; Email address registered to the Uniqkiller account where the digital gift was redeemed, Reason for return; Photos or videos (in case of defect);
• Products must not show signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging, without evidence of wear, washing, or modification, and must be sent in appropriate packaging;
• Do not send the product before receiving instructions via email.
ABOUT THE DIGITAL FREE GIFT
• Many of our physical products purchased may include a digital free gift, which can be redeemed through a code in the Uniqkiller game.
• Digital gifts and redemption codes are non-refundable, as they are complimentary items offered to buyers of the physical products.
• In case of return of the purchased product, the digital free gift must also be returned. If the digital item has already been redeemed, it will be removed from the player’s account before the refund is completed.
• Issues related to the digital free gift are handled exclusively by the support team via support@hypejoe.com
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used in the purchase:
• Payments via PIX or Bank Transfer: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or PIX to the checking account registered under the same name as the person responsible for the order. Therefore, please ensure the Government-issued ID used during the purchase matches the account holder. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after notification of the refund process.
• Payments via Credit Card: Cancellations and refunds/chargebacks follow the rules of the credit card issuer used in the purchase. The refunded amount may take up to 2 (two) billing cycles to appear on the card (depending on statement closing dates), after the product return and after notification of the refund process. For more details, please contact your card issuer.
• The amount considered for the refund will be the price paid at the moment of purchase, not the current price listed on the website.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Because we work with limited production runs and limited inventory, we do not offer product exchanges after purchase. However, customers retain the right to request a return with a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
SHIPPING POLICY
NATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
This National Shipping Policy governs the conditions applicable to orders shipped within Brazilian territory by Uniqkstore.
SHIPPING COST
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the tables and delivery estimates provided by the carriers integrated through the Melhor Envio platform. The available options may vary according to the destination ZIP code.
• A tracking code will be provided to the customer after dispatch. All delivery status information is provided exclusively by the carrier.
DELIVERY TIME & RESPONSIBILITY
• After payment confirmation, the order proceeds to processing for separation, verification, packaging and dispatch. The processing time is up to 7 (seven) business days. The delivery time displayed at checkout will only begin counting after the order has been shipped.
• Once shipped, transportation becomes the sole responsibility of the contracted carrier. Uniqkstore is not responsible for delivery delays or failures, strikes or external events (weather, accidents, seasonal peaks, etc.), operational issues of the carrier, damage, tampering or loss during transport. Our responsibility is limited to properly packaging and dispatching the order. Any transportation-related issues must be handled directly by the customer with the responsible carrier. If necessary, Uniqkstore may assist by providing information and guidance within reasonable limits.
• If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within up to 24 hours after receiving the order, sending photos and videos as evidence. Uniqkstore will support the opening of a claim with the carrier, without assuming responsibility for damages that occurred after shipment.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If the order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, absence of a recipient, or failure of the customer to pick up the parcel at the indicated unit, reshipment will only occur upon payment of a new shipping fee by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
This International Shipping Policy sets the conditions for shipping orders from our store to destinations outside Brazil.
• International shipping is charged as a fixed-rate fee at checkout. This amount covers shipping costs only.
• A tracking number will be provided once the product has shipped. All delivery information is limited to the data released by the carrier.
• Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
